Launch of a second retail presence in an expat-driven environment, testing new formats and customer engagement beyond the initial concept.

Pastry Consulting  -  Hospitality Collaboration (2024-2026)


Development of signature desserts and creation of "Le Sucré  by Robin Mouquet.R", integrating pastry identity within a luxury hotel environment.
